BCHOC operates a well-equipped dialysis centre on site:
Our goal is to provide affordable and accessible renal care for patients with kidney disease. The centre is equipped with complete state-of-the-art laboratory to monitor your kidney and perform all relevant lab test for diagnosis and prognosis.
Attendance at the dialysis centre is strictly by appointment.
Multidisciplinary Care Team
- Nephrologists : Please obtain a nephrology referral, complete our pre-dialysis assessment, and schedule an orientation session.
- Existing Patients: Book your regular sessions at convenient times; we offer early-morning, daytime, and evening slots.
- Cancellation PolicyNotify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.

Patient Preparation & What to Bring

Pre-dialysis Checklist:
- Bring your vascular access site dressing materials and perform site care at home as instructed.
- Follow prescribed fluid and dietary restrictions.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled slot.

- Valid ID and insurance documents
- Treatment record booklet (for new patients)
- Comfortable clothing and non-skid footwear
- Reading materials, tablet, or blanket
- Prescribed medications and list of current drugs
Nutrition & Lifestyle Support
Adequate nutrition and lifestyle modifications can dramatically improve your dialysis experience and overall health. Our renal dietitians will work with you to:
- Control fluid intake and sodium/potassium/phosphorus balance
- Ensure adequate protein and calorie intake
- Manage weight and blood pressure
- Provide meal plans, recipes, and supplement guidance
Insurance & Financial Assistance
BCHOC accepts most major health insurance plans. Our Patient Finance Office can:
- Verify your coveragee
- Calculate co-payments or out-of-pocket costs
- Assist with government-subsidized dialysis programs and charitable grant
