Person-Centred Social Care
Our Our Health and Social Care services are tailored to support:
- People with disabilities (physical, learning, cognitive)
- Children and vulnerable adults with care needs
- Individuals living with dementia, autism, dyslexia, or mental impairments
- Mothers and newborns in need of postnatal care and home support
We provide:
- Domiciliary care (home-based support)
- Post-delivery care for mother and baby
- Assisted living support for those who cannot meet daily needs independently
- Long-term care planning and safeguarding measures for those unable to make informed decisions
All services are provided in compliance with the UK Care Act and applicable local legislation, ensuring ethical, safe, and dignified care delivery.
Patients may also benefit from consultations with UK-based social care partners, particularly for complex or long-term care planning.
Mental Health and Wellbeing
We take mental health seriously at BCHOC. Our integrated Mental Health and Wellbeing Services provide expert support to individuals struggling with emotional, psychological, or behavioural challenges.
